The service is free forever, funded by ads, and works on all devices.

Yes, completely free - and that won't change. TrackParcel is monetised through Google AdSense ads, similar to how most free utilities on the internet work. You never pay a rupee, there's no premium tier, and no features are locked behind a subscription. There is no sign-up, no trial period, and no hidden charges. The tracking service is funded by ad revenue, which keeps it accessible to everyone - whether you're an individual tracking a single order or a small business tracking hundreds of shipments per month. We believe parcel tracking is a utility, not a luxury, and utilities should be free. Ads may appear around search results, but they never require payment or sign-up, and the tracker always works without closing them.
No account is ever needed on TrackParcel. Just paste your tracking number into the search bar and press Track - that's it. There's no sign-up form, no email verification, no OTP, no password to create or remember. This is a deliberate design choice: requiring an account to check a parcel's location is unnecessary friction. Your tracking number already identifies your shipment - we don't need to know who you are. TrackParcel also doesn't store your tracking numbers or build a history of your searches. Each query is processed in real-time and nothing is saved on our end. If you close the tab, the search is gone. This means there's nothing to log in to, nothing to reset if you forget a password, and no marketing emails ever arriving in your inbox.
Speed depends almost entirely on how quickly the carrier's own systems respond, because TrackParcel fetches tracking data live rather than serving it from a pre-built database. When you submit a tracking number, a request goes to the carrier's tracking endpoint immediately, the response is parsed, and the result is returned to you. Fast carriers like DTDC and Tirupati Courier typically return results in around 1–3 seconds. Carriers whose tracking pages have to be loaded and parsed - such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart and Shadowfax - commonly take 10 seconds or more, and occasionally longer when their servers are busy. Because results are live-fetched, you always see the most current status rather than a stale update from hours ago, and recently-checked parcels are cached so repeat lookups return instantly. If a carrier is completely unreachable, TrackParcel shows an error rather than a stale result.
Check your order confirmation email or the seller's order details page - the carrier name and tracking number are almost always listed there. For Flipkart orders, the carrier is usually Ekart (look for an FMPP tracking number). Meesho orders are typically delivered by Valmo (Meesho's own logistics arm) - tracking numbers start with VL or VLR. Amazon uses multiple carriers but usually shows the name alongside the tracking number. India Post tracking numbers follow the format EE123456789IN. If you're still unsure, try the carrier most commonly used by the platform you ordered from. Selecting the wrong carrier will simply return no result - you can then try another one.
Yes. TrackParcel will always be free to use. The site is monetised via ads from Google AdSense, which generate enough revenue to cover server costs and keep the service running without charging users. This model was chosen intentionally: it aligns incentives with providing a fast, useful service rather than locking features behind paywalls or selling user data. There are no plans to introduce a paid tier, a premium subscription, or any form of paywall. Free carriers like India Post serve hundreds of millions of people across India - many of whom shouldn't have to pay to track a government postal service. Our commitment is to keep the tracker free and fast indefinitely. If that ever changes, we'll announce it clearly and well in advance. But the plan is for it to never change.
Speed Post is India Post's express delivery service. To track a Speed Post parcel on TrackParcel, enter your 13-character tracking number in the format EE123456789IN (two letters, nine digits, two letters). TrackParcel automatically detects the India Post / Speed Post format and fetches the live status directly from India Post's tracking system. You don't need to select the carrier manually. Speed Post tracking numbers are printed on your receipt and are also sent via SMS when the item is booked. If your tracking number starts with EE, EN, EM, or CP, it is an India Post international parcel - those are tracked the same way.
Common tracking statuses explained: 'Item Booked' means the seller has generated a label but the parcel hasn't been handed to the courier yet. 'Picked Up' means the courier has collected the parcel from the sender. 'In Transit' means the parcel is moving through the logistics network between sorting hubs. 'Out for Delivery' means the delivery agent has the parcel and is on the way to your address - expect delivery the same day. 'Delivered' means the parcel has been handed to someone at the delivery address. 'Delivery Attempted' means the agent came but could not complete delivery - check for a missed delivery slip or contact the carrier. 'Held at Facility' or 'Pending Clearance' on international parcels usually means customs inspection. If the status hasn't changed in 3–5 business days, contact the carrier directly using the email or support link provided in the tracking result.
Paste the tracking number into the box at the top of this page and press Track. TrackParcel works out which courier it belongs to from the number's format, then fetches the status live from that courier's own system, so what you see is the same scan history the courier sees. There is no account, no OTP and no app. If the number's format is shared by several couriers, you are shown the likely ones and can pick. Tracking numbers come from the sender: on a receipt if you posted it yourself, or in the shipping confirmation email or SMS if you ordered online.
Enter the 13-character consignment number, in the format EE123456789IN, and TrackParcel pulls the status straight from India Post's system. It covers Speed Post, Registered Post, Registered Parcel and Express Parcel Post, and works for both domestic and outbound international items. You do not need the India Post website or an account. A newly booked item may show nothing for a few hours: the first scan appears once it is bagged at the booking office, not at the moment of payment.
It is 13 characters: two letters, nine digits, then IN. The opening two letters identify the service. EE, EL and EM are Speed Post. CP is Registered Parcel. RA, RB, RC and RL are Registered Post. EU is Express Parcel. VP is Value Payable Post. EE123456789IN is therefore a Speed Post item and RA123456789IN is Registered Post. The final IN is India's country code and appears on every India Post consignment number.
Email [email protected] - every message is read personally by the developer who built TrackParcel. When reporting a bug, include your tracking number, the carrier, and what happened. Carrier suggestions are prioritised based on request volume and coverage. 50 tracking services are currently live, including OM Logistics, VRL Logistics, TCI Express, Safexpress, and Aadhaar PVC Card status. Responses typically arrive within 24 hours.

Built for India, by Indians.
TrackParcel is an indie project built to solve a real problem - too many carrier apps, too many websites, too much friction. We built the tracker we always wanted. No logins, no nonsense, just results.
India has some of the most complex logistics in the world - 1.4 billion people, 7 major private couriers, and a postal network with 150,000+ offices. Each carrier has its own tracking format, its own website quirks, and its own way of showing (or not showing) shipment status. TrackParcel unifies all of that into a single, instant lookup.
Get in touch →Every time a parcel was ordered, the same frustrating ritual: open the seller's email, find the carrier name, open the carrier's website, enter the tracking number - only to be greeted by a broken page or a cryptic status. With 15+ major carriers in India and zero standardisation, tracking a parcel was harder than it needed to be.
TrackParcel was built as an indie project in a few weekends. No VC funding, no team of engineers - just a developer who was tired of the friction and wanted to solve it properly. The goal: select your carrier, enter the tracking number, fetch the status, and show it cleanly. No login, no app download, no spam.
We believe utilities should be free and fast. TrackParcel loads under 1 second, scores 100 on PageSpeed, and works perfectly on every device. It does one thing and does it well. We'll keep adding carriers and improving reliability - and keep it funded by ads instead of paywalls or dark patterns.
You shouldn't need an account to check where your parcel is. No sign-up required, no email asked for.
The site itself loads instantly, and we never make you wait on anything we control. A fast website is a respectful website.
No cookie banners beyond what's legally required. No bloated UI. Just the tracking result, with ads that keep it free.
Designed around Indian courier formats, pin codes, and the reality of how e-commerce works in India.
We don't store tracking numbers. We don't build profiles. What you track stays between you and the courier.
Carrier integrations are live-maintained. When couriers change their systems, we update ours.
TrackParcel has no paywalls and no VC money - ads help cover server costs, but that only goes so far. If it's saved you time, consider buying the team a coffee - it goes directly toward keeping the service running and adding more carriers.
